Duck Fans Flock To New Collection From DOAF

Ducks of a Feather’s new Flock Collection takes flight with an epic Air Max Day launch.

Division Street’s Ducks of a Feather brand recently released the “Flock Collection,” featuring a combination of highly coveted apparel and footwear.

The apparel collection, offered at ducksofafeather.xyz, includes DOAF’s first-ever women’s capsule comprised of a hoodie, full and cropped tees, workout shorts and a sports bra.

A women’s capsule wasn’t the only “first-ever” related to the Flock Collection, though.

For Ducks of a Feather’s first-ever in-store drop, Division Street partnered with Flight Club to offer 225 pairs of the University of Oregon-inspired Air Max 1 ’87 Luxe ‘University of Oregon’ PE. Inspired by the different species of ducks found in the Pacific Northwest, the silhouette’s color palette consists of Light Orewood Brown, University Gold, White and Starfish. Constructed from different types of suede, the quarter and medial panels are laser-etched to create a feather-like texture. The interior is finished with a satin quilted sockliner.

The Luxe version launched on March 30 exclusively at Flight Club locations in Los Angeles, Miami and New York, and consumers lined up early in all locations to secure this very exclusive offering.

In addition to its first-ever in-store drop of the Luxe, Division Street teamed-up again with GOAT to offer a Premium version of the Air Max 1 as well.

The Air Max 1 ’87 Premium ‘University of Oregon’ PE, launched on March 26 to celebrate Air Max Day, featured a diverse and distinctive color palette of Hemp, University Gold, Sail, Desert Dust and Cacao Wow, across Haze and Supercut Leather materials. The edition carried distinct branding elements as well, including the University’s popular unofficial motto, “Once a Duck, Always A Duck” spelled out across the backs of the shoes’ heels. The Premium edition, limited to 3,000 pairs, were sold exclusively on GOAT.com and on the GOAT app.

Both editions came in an iconic neon green limited edition box. And with all 3,000 pairs of the Premium Player Editions selling out in under an hour, it’s safe to say the Flock Collection had a successful first flight.

As always, proceeds from both the apparel and footwear elements of the Flock Collection benefit participating University of Oregon student-athletes.
